The Mandala Project: #13

Never sure what’s gonna call on a stroll through the ‘hood, I think that’s my favourite part.

Today, a story unfolded around dead things.

The only player not found on this short meander was the white moth. It died in my house a week before, and I felt compelled to keep it close. Today the reason arrived, it belonged in a mandala. This one was built under a tree in front of the house—it’s the one I was making when I spied the little magenta co-conspirators from Mandala #10 in the tree and finally figured out what they were!

Moths and I have been on each other’s radar this summer, so when I began building this Mandala, it was the natural starting point, and from there a couple of the other elements whispered their names as they fell into place.

The two fur-cloaked beings shared they were Distinguished Psychopomp Guardians, and the dog-chewed wooden creature along the bottom declared itself Keeper of the Threshold, there to ward off potential invaders of “the tomb”.

The reasons for the other players remained mysterious, but each one’s participation felt essential in this tribute to the transition of the Winged White One.

September 1st, 2021 - Episode 27

Episode Summary:
Today’s show is a story of magic, and what's possible when you stay in an expansive, curious orientation to the curve balls life’s pitching your way.

Resonance is our most powerful tool for navigating the creative field. It's amplified by what you’re thinking and believing, which impacts how you're feeling and responding to each moment, which influences the attitude you're moving in the world with.

The magic happens when you choose to create it with intention.
